The premises are also used from time to time by
- Friends of Zetland Park (the local green space)
- Friends of Redcar Music and Arts
- Community police meetings

(*) These groups use the premises though are not directed by the Church Council
(*) Helping Hands is part funded by the National Lottery and has an office in Newcomen Methodist Church

Rooms are available to outside organisations who must:
- Provide their own indemnity insurance if they are to be a regular user
- If working with young people ensure supervision by CRB cleared adult
